Street Boxing Gym

For the street boxing gym scene, the main use of fabric effects for production, the content of the footage consists of two parts, respectively, clothes, boxers and curtains.

  1. background model: firstly, to determine the general tone of the scene, to determine the fog effect, using aiFog. secondly, the fitness equipment, fabric, sandbags and other scene content modelling. Then the scene were given material, brick walls and the ground using colour mapping and normal mapping, drying poles and equipment using metal material, sandbags using leather material, curtains using velvet material, adjusting all kinds of parameters to achieve the effect. 2.
  2. opening curtain: first give nCloth, then point-to-surface constraints, make animation on the constraints square, complete the curtain opening content, the effect is as follows:

  1. short sleeve part: first of all, high precision modelling, to ensure that there are enough pieces of the face to settle, create nCloth, for which the parameters of the details of the modification, to ensure that the effect of simulation. Then set the drying rack as a passive collision object. Subsequently, keyframe animation was applied to the wind property in the solver to create the effect of blowing wind. The shoulders of the short sleeves were positionally constrained to the drying rack. Then pre-calculate and put into the scene for rendering, the effect is as follows:

  1. Boxer section: Firstly, the model is bound using Advanced Skeleton5. Then download the kick animation capture data file and apply it to the bound model to generate the animation. Next, a clean unbound model file is copied and the animation is delivered using BlendShape in case there are problems in the calculation. Finally, pre-calculate and modify the detail parameters with the following results:

Dolphin Leap

For the scene of dolphin jumping into the water, the main movement of Bifrost fluid production, divided into dolphin and water surface two parts.

  1. Scene part: first give the ocean scene sky ball, and then make the glass water tank. As for the dolphin, use aiStandardSurface material to adjust it and make a roughly translucent gel effect. Can complete the establishment of the background scene. 2.
  2. water part: mainly use Bifrost fluid plug-in. First of all, create the sea surface, then define the cube to specify the launch range, give some wind effect, adjust all kinds of detailed parameters, the effect is as follows:

  1. Dolphin ablation part: mainly used Bifrost Graph Editor to create. Take the dolphin model as input, traverse the vertices, turn the model into a high precision model without smoothing, then add noise to the normal of each face of the output model to ensure that the orientation of each face has a certain degree of randomness, and then make the part in contact with the predefined sphere to make the effect similar to the particle flying. Then we use the idea of the class case of scroll burning to define the opacity of each face by changing the black and white mapping, and at the same time give the random noise to make the dolphin slowly dissolve in different positions. Finally, adjust all kinds of noise and detail parameters, the effect is as follows:

Finally, adjust the camera position and render.
